β’ As an Outside Sales Representative, you will drive sales and generate opportunities for customers. β’ Foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact. β’ Develop customer relationships through trade shows and seminars. β’ Provide education on Resideo products through presentations and workshops. β’ Maintain reports and opportunity status using CRM. β’ Drive business growth by discovering new clients and customers.
β’ 3+ years of comfort/HVAC sales experience β’ A broad knowledge of sales principles and best practices β’ Excellent team and communication skills β’ An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction β’ An ability to influence at the operational level β’ An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships β’ Significant experience in selling (industrial) products β’ Deep technical expertise β’ Understanding of the Resideo value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
