📋 Description

• The Strategy & Business Development Analyst II provides consultative and analytical services to internal stakeholders and is an integral member of Essentia Health’s Strategy Office, supporting enterprise strategy, analytics, and research. • Works collaboratively in a team-based environment, supporting strategic engagements, driving business unit and market analysis, and developing capital and other growth business plans for executive and board review.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, health care management, statistics, data science, management, computer science • 2 years’ experience in data analysis and/or healthcare consulting • Prior experience with strategic intelligence, data analysis, business intelligence tools, databases and other applications is preferred, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau and Mapinfo
