β€’ Identify new opportunities and progress them through the sales pipeline β€’ Work with sales executives to develop prospecting strategies β€’ Engage in prospecting through various methods β€’ Conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects β€’ Take a consultative sales approach addressing industry trends β€’ Conduct research on prospective clients and synthesize into communications β€’ Collaborate with Sales team to execute strategic plans β€’ Strategize with team members to innovate the BDR process β€’ Occasional travel to industry events and client meetings

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or customer success β€’ Strong curiosity to understand β€œhow things work” β€’ Demonstrated creativity in connecting company solutions to clients' needs β€’ Tenacious in creating initial relationships with new prospective clients β€’ Ability to perform effective discovery conversations with enterprise clients β€’ Self-motivated and organized in a fast-paced environment β€’ Ability to think strategically with strong business acumen β€’ Excellent communication skills β€’ Excited by the challenge of building a business with a meaningful impact β€’ High EQ and comfortable with ambiguity
