Description

• Lead, direct and develop the respective sales organisation. • Coach team members on sales techniques and procedures to help achieve sales targets. • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts. • Negotiate sales with existing and new customers. • Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and distribute to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Regional Sales and Account Management. • Strong sales management experience. • Experience and knowledge of Healthcare and the NHS. • Strong business analysis and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
