β€’ Help large customers maximize ROI with Eventbrite platform. β€’ Design and implement customer account plans to drive engagement and retention. β€’ Act as trusted advisor and advocate for Eventbrite creators. β€’ Monitor performance, address challenges, and provide training for creators. β€’ Track KPIs and ensure long-term client growth and satisfaction.

Requirements

β€’ At least 6 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in Customer Success/Account Management. β€’ Education: HS/GED or similar; college degree preferred. β€’ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. β€’ Experience with SaaS product outcomes. β€’ Preferably, experience in the ticketing business. β€’ Proven ability driving meaningful customer engagements. β€’ Strong organization skills for managing multiple high-priority projects. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail. β€’ Analytical mindset coupled with creativity. β€’ Experience using CRM software and Google Suite. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills to resolve customer issues. β€’ Team player with a growth mindset, willing to improve processes.
