• Own end to end talent acquisition for requisitions across Engineering. Product and Design • Be a consultative business partner to hiring managers, department heads, and executives, helping to improve our people strategy • Source, screen, offer and close candidates for hard to fill positions • Be a role model for others on the team and help to up-level recruiting across the org through your commitment to high quality assessment, alignment and acquisition strategies.
Requirements
• Experience working in a startup environment with high degrees of ambiguity • Mastery of technical recruiting fundamentals including subject matter expertise, competencies-based interviewing and structured hiring • Highly collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach • Tech-savvy and ability to quickly pick up new processes and software • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Sense of ownership and urgency around your work and the outcomes of our hiring processes
