•The Business Development Representative (BDR) will add strategic value to the Marketing team by amplifying Ever.Ag’s presence and profitability within the mid-sized business segment. •The BDR will achieve this by exceeding lead generation and qualification goals in the assigned territory, landing new logo customers for Ever.Ag offerings. •This role will handle both outbound and inbound leads—including website form fills, chats, and hand raisers—and play a key role in supporting ABM (Account-Based Marketing) efforts.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required. •2+ years in an outbound sales or marketing lead generation environment, with experience in ABM or inbound lead handling a plus. •Agricultural Experience preferred. •Enthusiasm for driving growth through outbound and inbound marketing strategies, with a special focus on ABM techniques. •Technology industry experience or familiarity with B2B marketing principles is a plus. •Eager to be coached, trained, and mentored in a marketing-driven environment. •Ability to work autonomously, think creatively, and be self-motivated. •Experience with Salesforce and Outreach is strongly preferred. •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
