Description

• The Business Development Representative (BDR) will add strategic value to the Marketing team by amplifying Ever.Ag’s presence and profitability within the mid-sized business segment. • The BDR will achieve this by exceeding lead generation and qualification goals in the assigned territory, landing new logo customers for Ever.Ag offerings, identifying cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. • This role will handle both outbound and inbound leads—including website form fills, chats, and hand raisers—and play a key role in supporting ABM (Account-Based Marketing) efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • 2+ years in an outbound sales or marketing lead generation environment, with experience in ABM or inbound lead handling a plus. • Agricultural Experience preferred • Enthusiasm for driving growth through outbound and inbound marketing strategies, with a special focus on ABM techniques. • Technology industry experience or familiarity with B2B marketing principles is a plus. • Eager to be coached, trained, and mentored in a marketing-driven environment. • Ability to work autonomously, think creatively, and be self-motivated. • Experience with Salesforce and Outreach is strongly preferred. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
