• The Sales Manager leads a team of six to eight individual sales professionals • Ensures that each team member’s activity, development, and revenue goals are planned and met on a weekly and monthly basis • Drives sales by focusing the team on pipeline • Develops the strategic selling skills of the team • Achieves overall team sales goals • Coaches and motivates individual team members • Analyzes sales forecasts, pipelines, and data • Collaborates with other Service Fusion departments and sales teams to enrich business • Maintains the proper product attach ratio’s (e.g. FusionPay, Flat Rate, emerging products, etc.) • Utilizes Salesforce.com and sales methodology • Assists with sales to prospective clients regarding Service Fusion’s products and services and assist with demos when necessary
• A bachelor’s degree • Five years of sales experience, with a minimum of two years of first-line sales management experience • Field Service Industry is preferred • Proven experience in managing within a velocity sales environment, achieving revenue goals, and managing sales strategies • A strong track record of sales management in both sales target attainment and people/team development • Strong, high-level relationship skills • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing tactical sales initiatives through data and empirical analysis • The ability to thrive in a team selling environment • Coaching and mentoring skills • The ability to grasp and absorb new concepts quickly (such as rapid advancements in the business technology industry) • Strong prospecting, needs analysis, negotiating, and closing skills
