Description

• Lead IT team overseeing core platforms (network, help desk) • Drive technology alignment as Evergreen scales • Manage team budget and seek cost efficiencies • Collaborate with IT leadership for growth initiatives • Ensure technology training for field teammates • Optimize processes and IT service management

Requirements

• Seven (7) years of experience in IT infrastructure management • Five (5) years of experience working with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above) • Five (5) years of technology experience from within a healthcare organization • Five (5) years of experience overseeing projects or programs requiring the integration of cross-functional technology and/or business solutions • Five (5) years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and frameworks (e.g., ITIL) • Five (5) years of experience with telephony/contact center solutions • Three (3) years of experience with Microsoft cloud-based services (Office365, Azure AD, Azure) • Three (3) years of experience managing Tier-1 Help Desk function • Three (3) years of experience managing end user computing procurement and provisioning processes • Three (3) years of experience managing network operations and circuits • Three (3) years of experience managing operating and/or capital budgets • Three (3) years of experience as a people manager • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams • Knowledge of healthcare privacy and security practices
