Description

• Everyday Health Group is a leader in patient and provider education and services • Looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join Account Management team • Responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maximizing revenue and exceeding team targets • Collaborate with inside sales representatives and sales leadership • Manage existing physician and practice accounts, secure account renewals

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales account management experience, ideally with previous exposure to the healthcare industry and/or healthcare providers • Ability to organize and maintain multiple tasks & accounts at once • Provide outstanding customer service • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal skills • Experience with sales teams, sales partners, or b2b customers • Bachelor’s degree • Experience with Salesforce is preferred • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel & email marketing platforms is preferred
