Description

• Lead a team of sellers and grow advertising revenue across platforms • Develop strategic plan for achieving sales quota and implement tactics • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs • Actively participate in client calls and meetings • Forecast and manage pipeline accurately • Collaborate with internal partners for account success • Identify market needs to shape product strategies • Manage quarterly Objective / OKR goal setting process

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years sales leadership experience with success in leading teams of 8 + sales professionals to quota achievement • Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and inspire a growth mindset with a solid track record of coaching sales reps to higher performance • Proven expertise in consultative, proactive selling to large and mid-size strategic accounts • A solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem • Strong growth of professional network to cultivate relationships • Solutions oriented mindset and problem-solving skills • Digital media publishing and / or platform company experience required • Relevant category experience preferred
