β€’ Lead a team of sellers and grow advertising revenue across platforms β€’ Develop strategic plan for achieving sales quota and implement tactics β€’ Build relationships with customers to understand their needs β€’ Actively participate in client calls and meetings β€’ Forecast and manage pipeline accurately β€’ Collaborate with internal partners for account success β€’ Identify market needs to shape product strategies β€’ Manage quarterly Objective / OKR goal setting process

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 5 years sales leadership experience with success in leading teams of 8 + sales professionals to quota achievement β€’ Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and inspire a growth mindset with a solid track record of coaching sales reps to higher performance β€’ Proven expertise in consultative, proactive selling to large and mid-size strategic accounts β€’ A solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem β€’ Strong growth of professional network to cultivate relationships β€’ Solutions oriented mindset and problem-solving skills β€’ Digital media publishing and / or platform company experience required β€’ Relevant category experience preferred
