• Experienced Sales Professional: You bring 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in the logistics sector, with a proven track record of success in handling complex sales processes. • Master Communicator: Your excellent communication and negotiation skills allow you to simplify complex topics, making them easily understood by diverse audiences. • Results-Driven: You’re naturally goal-oriented, with an unwavering passion for achieving and surpassing commercial targets. • Relationship Builder: You excel at cultivating strong relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring long-lasting partnerships and trust. • Team-Oriented: You’re a supportive, collaborative team player who knows the value of teamwork and isn’t afraid to ask for or offer help when needed. • Language & Location: You must be fluent in both German and English, and live within the assigned territory in Germany. • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating CRM systems—experience with HubSpot is a bonus! • Freelance Flexibility: Since this role is based outside the UK, you must be able to work on a freelance contract.
