Description

• Ensure supported clients remain satisfied and engaged with ExecOnline services • Understand clients’ objectives and plan strategies to support goal achievement • Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions • Manage client relationships for 25 to 40 accounts • Review product roadmaps and align new features with client goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue across accounts • Facilitate resolution of sensitive client questions and concerns

Requirements

• At least three (3) years of related work experience • Knowledge of Salesforce client relationship management (CRM) software • Familiarity with software as a service (SaaS) industry concepts and practices • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong data interpretation and storytelling skills • Ability to form and sustain interpersonal relationships with clients and cross-functional partners • Ability to understand and diagnose clients pain points and recommend creative and effective solutions
