β€’ Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process β€’ Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach β€’ Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through identification of gaps in coverage β€’ Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the products sold.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products. Broker or call center experience preferred β€’ A comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products. β€’ Must have an active P&C or Personal Lines license. β€’ Experience selling in multiple states preferred β€’ Phone skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor β€’ Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change β€’ You are technologically competent with the knowledge and skill to navigate several systems, relevant tools, and equipment β€’ You will work at least one weekend day
