β€’ Manage and grow a book of high value subscription accounts β€’ Build strong relationships and rapport with attorney clients β€’ Oversee client communications and track account health β€’ Present proposals and discuss pricing with renewing accounts β€’ Strategically increase service usage and maximize retention rates β€’ Work closely with Medical and Research teams β€’ Bring passion, high energy, and a strategic mindset β€’ Stay up to date on latest legal industry news β€’ Support other CS and Sales team members as needed

Requirements

β€’ 2-6+ years of relevant sales, client relationship, or client engagement experience β€’ Experience at a SaaS company preferred β€’ Salesforce experience preferred but not required β€’ Strong presentation and communication skills β€’ Knowledge of legal industry is a plus but not required β€’ Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting in a fast paced startup environment β€’ A positive and professional disposition β€’ Continuous interest in learning and growth β€’ Some travel required
