β’ 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or technical support for SaaS or technology companies. β’ Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango), and automation tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk). β’ Experience in a Tech Touch or High-Touch Customer Success role in a SaaS or B2B environment. β’ Familiarity with customer success best practices and methodologies (e.g., Net Promoter Score, Customer Health Scoring). β’ Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.). β’ A strong passion for helping customers succeed and an understanding of how to use technology to enhance their experience.
