β€’ Evaluates and documents existing operational requirements as they relate to system configuration. β€’ Works closely with project and operational leadership to ensure seamless communication and planning during system migration(s). β€’ Analyzes current processes and systems to determine unique requirements. β€’ Documents data and system requirements according to the current and future needs of the business. β€’ Coordinates with project team and operational leadership to ensure seamless communication and planning during system migration(s). β€’ Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how operation integrates within the organization. β€’ Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline. β€’ Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals. β€’ Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents. β€’ Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner. β€’ Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members. β€’ Individual contributor working with limited oversight. β€’ Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

β€’ Typically requires 2+ years of title insurance and escrow related work experience. β€’ Typically requires 2+ years of experience with process and/or documenting system and/or process requirements.
