β’ 2+ years experience in customer support, community management, or a similar role. β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. β’ Professional demeanor and presence. β’ Previous experience with sales. β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β’ Experience with Intercom. β’ Previous experience working with multiple cross-functional teams. β’ Passion for community building and a keen interest in digital platforms. β’ Can easily break down complex technical concepts and translate them to less technical teammates and customers. β’ Experience with hosting webinars and/or group sessions. β’ Experience creating procedures, documentation, and planning projects. β’ PST working hours.
