β’ 2-4 years of client management experience β’ Passionate about unlocking new opportunities, building and nurturing relationships, and can navigate various client interactions β’ Sales background, familiar with agency business models β’ Deep understanding of digital products, social impact, and cross-functional team collaboration
β’ Create, build, and nurture strong and long-lasting professional relationships β’ Organize and manage account priorities while considering the timeline, urgency, and return on investment for the team, business, and clients β’ Analyze complex problems and stakeholder dynamics, provide recommendations, and influence solutions β’ Work with the delivery and operations teams to support smooth and seamless execution of client deliverables with the intent of delighting clients β’ Provide regular updates to decision-makers and the finance team on revenue projections β’ Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to use business as a force of good while meeting revenue targets β’ Hands-on experience with business development (giving intro pitches, drafting value propositions, networking, lead generation) β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β’ Ability to communicate clearly, directly, and patiently in a remote setting β’ Thrives when working independently, regularly communicates status updates asynchronously β’ Familiar with the Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets β’ Familiar with Customer Relationship Management tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) and track record of using a CRM to stay organized and track trends β’ Deeply involved with your community and/or a social impact community β’ Working with government agencies, non-profits, foundations, and community organizations in an agency setting β’ Familiarity with digital product lifecycle and the role of product management, engineering, design, and product growth β’ Comfortable attending conferences, events, and networking β’ Comfortable speaking publicly β’ Tracking metrics and adjusting based on data-driven results β’ Understands agile methodologies and other digital product frameworks β’ Working for an Agency
