Description

• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team

Requirements

• Must have experience in account management or sales in the construction industry • Ability to visit client offices and construction sites all over the Metro Dallas region • Experience in temporary labour or construction sales • Desire to pursue business opportunities and generate new clients  • Strong time management and ability to create your own schedule and tasks without much oversight • Strong understanding of construction and how to sell to clients within the construction industry • Ability to create and maintain relationships with key clients • Proficiency with CRM and IT tools, experience with Hubspot • Desire to continue developing as a sales leader in the construction industry

• Proactively generate new sales leads within the local construction industry, with the intention of creating long term relationships with clients who will utilize Faber's temporary labour platform on a consistent basis • Schedule face-to-face site visits and meetings with clients while acting as Faber’s brand representative • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, ensure client labour needs are being met and any issues are quickly addressed • Present Faber’s temporary labour solutions to clients and pursue contracts • Support with closing contracts • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth • Support with ensuring sales targets are met
