• Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordination with the hiring teams. • Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process. • Provide a world-class candidate experience • Communicate feedback effectively to applicants • Manage the existing pipeline of candidates • This is a part-time (approx 20 hrs/week) role on a contractual freelancer basis.
• +3 years of experience, preferably including in-house within a similar entertainment industry player. Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus. • C2 or Native English level, other languages are a plus. • Experience working with ATS systems • A solid understanding of Fever’s vision, business model, and operations. • Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships.
