Description

β€’ The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for customer retention and growth. β€’ The Strategic Account Manager is a problem solver and seeks to build long-term relationships with customers. β€’ Manage assigned accounts in Salesforce to ensure compliance with the sales process. β€’ Point of contact for both internal resources and the customer. β€’ Ensure customer is informed and satisfied. β€’ Ensure existing client accounts are achieving budgeted objectives. β€’ Develop and monitor account specific metrics. β€’ Manage client expectations and communicate with client regularly. β€’ Create, review and update client statements of work. β€’ Retain clients and attain budgeted targets. β€’ Track daily activity in Salesforce related to your leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities. β€’ Develop and maintain rapport and effective internal and external relationships. β€’ Prepare volume forecasts by client. β€’ Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in business or other relevant field. β€’ 3-5 years experience in Sales, Inside Sales and/or Client Support Operations experience in 3PL industry a plus.
