• Firmex is a global software-as-a-service provider with corporate headquarters in Toronto, Canada. • The company’s Firmex VDR service is the world’s most trusted virtual data room, having been used by over 140,000 companies worldwide to share confidential documents for due diligence, litigation and compliance. • As a Bilingual Senior Business Development Representative (SBDR) you will be a key member of our sales team, focused on developing and qualifying new sales opportunities for the Quebec Region. • Working closely with marketing, a Senior BDR develops prospecting plans and executes on these plans through outbound activity. • A successful Senior BDR will embody the hunter’s mentality and will embrace challenges to deliver on monthly opportunity and sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French and English • At least 12 months of demonstrated success in the BDR role. • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to identify and pursue high-value opportunities. • Actively seeking opportunities for self-improvement and staying updated with best practices. • A demonstrated ability to lead by example and mentor team members. • Highly diplomatic and respectful. • A ‘hunter’ mentality- a competitive mindset with a strong desire to win. • Resilient attitude with a focus on continuous improvement. • Ability to contribute individually and work within a strong team culture. • Excellent written, presentation, and demonstration skills. • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Groove is a plus.
