Description
• Handle 150-200 calls per day (both inbound and outbound) • Read from script to properly engage and pre-qualify potential clients • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor • Identify the customer's objectives and provide possible solutions
Requirements
• Some call center or outbound sales experience is preferred • Must have a positive, upbeat, and professional attitude • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual is a plus! • Proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office, Google and CRM • Be results-driven and goal-oriented • Must be punctual and reliable! • Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace in their home where they can work distraction-free for the duration of the shift • Must have a newer Desktop PC or Laptop and high-speed internet capable of running cloud-based dialer and other software applications
