β€’ Handle 150-200 calls per day (both inbound and outbound) β€’ Read from script to properly engage and pre-qualify potential clients β€’ Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor β€’ Identify the customer's objectives and provide possible solutions

Requirements

β€’ Some call center or outbound sales experience is preferred β€’ Must have a positive, upbeat, and professional attitude β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual is a plus! β€’ Proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office, Google and CRM β€’ Be results-driven and goal-oriented β€’ Must be punctual and reliable! β€’ Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace in their home where they can work distraction-free for the duration of the shift β€’ Must have a newer Desktop PC or Laptop and high-speed internet capable of running cloud-based dialer and other software applications
