β’ This is a remote position. β’ First Due, a quickly growing SaaS technology company providing an end-to-end software platform for Fire and EMS agencies, is searching for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a critical role in generating new revenue and developing new Sales pipelines.
β’ 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within the public sector or a SaaS organization β’ Public Safety software experience (preferably in Fire or Emergency Management). β’ Professional proficiency in French; must be able to conduct meetings, draft formal communications, and interact fluently with French-speaking clients or colleagues. β’ Strong organization & communication skills with both customers and internal teams. β’ Ability to lead, collaborate, and work autonomously in a fast-paced start-up team environment with a positive attitude. β’ Precise attention to detail in written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills. β’ Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Office and collaboration tools. β’ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota goals. β’ A strategic mind, someone who comes up with innovative ideas and then effectively executes said ideas to boost efficiency.
