β’ The Executive Sales Officer develops and manages client relationships. β’ This role will cover the Mid-Atlantic region. β’ Please note, this is a commissioned sales role. β’ Prospect and develop new client relationships. β’ Manage existing client relationships. β’ Meet new business volume production and portfolio growth goals set by management. β’ Evaluate all aspects of potential transactions including financial position of clients and transaction structure. β’ Work well with the credit and documentation teams in delivering service and managing risk. β’ Develop strong external and internal relationships. β’ Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required. β’ Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. β’ Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
