Description

• Lead the strategy and execution for regional growth, fostering partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to expand Flash's footprint in the parking technology space. • Collaborate with internal teams to support the sales process, ensuring alignment with regional goals and company objectives. • Develop and implement strategic business plans tailored to the unique dynamics of your region. • Oversee the performance of regional sales and operational teams, driving results while optimizing profitability. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to provide actionable insights for regional growth. • Act as a liaison between regional teams and corporate leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities. • Represent Flash at trade shows and industry events, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and promoting our innovative solutions. • Manage reporting processes, including performance analysis, forecasting, and project updates, to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, balance, and self-manage multiple concurrent projects and activities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Performance mindset - outstanding execution, problem solving, resourcefulness, and creativity. • Proven track record of building strong working relationships (internally and externally) and collaborating across all levels and functions of the organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • A passion for using data to drive your, and the company’s, success. • Technical proficiency and comfort in Salesforce (or similar CRM), MS and Google products. • Polished communication and presentation abilities. • Attention to detail, commitment to quality, customer focused - non-negotiable. • Extensive parking technology and operators’ experience is a must.
