• We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team. • You will be a key partner to our Sales Leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and drive revenue growth. • Fleetio is a modern software platform that helps thousands of organizations around the world manage their fleet operations. • We raised $144M in Series C in June of 2023 and are on an exciting trajectory as a company.
• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related field, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS companies. • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative/business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw data-driven conclusions. • Proven experience in developing and implementing sales processes, tools, and methodologies. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus. • Proficient in Salesforce, SQL, and advanced Excel. • Experience with a business intelligence tool is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of revenue reporting, sales analytics, and financial metrics.
