• Seeking a Business Development professional to join our Health Solutions team • Work cross functionally to qualify new customers and generate new business • Develop business relationships, achieve pipeline and bookings results • Account planning, proactive proposals, relationships development, • Utilize customer market intelligence for sales and account penetration • Know the customer’s organization, products, and market position • Own and drive the execution of account strategy • Generate new business and present Flex’s solutions
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training • Minimum of 6 years of related experience • Sales experience in the Electronic Manufacturing/Contract Manufacturing • Knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques • Understanding of key financial metrics and capability to read P&L, balance sheets, ROI indicators • Sales experience within Medical Equipment Manufacturing services • Ability to travel up to 35-40% of the time • A degree or background in engineering (preferred) • Strong preference for candidate within Device/Drug Delivery contacts and experience selling device and pharma companies • Effective interpersonal communications (written and in-person) and relationship building
