• Plan and lead sales activities in the chocolate market • Collaborate with Marketing, Group R&D, and Business Units to develop position as a reliable chocolate partner • Maximize sales and profit growth potential • Lead and coordinate projects with key stakeholders • Develop and execute joint business plans with customers • Maintain close contact with customers to ensure satisfaction • Define communication and follow-up on service level agreements • Work closely with product development and marketing to develop new products • Ensure proactive support and fast reactive troubleshooting • Manage pricing at the customer level
• University degree in commerce or food science • Minimum 5-10 years of proven successful sales track record • Experience in the food industry (chocolate, ingredients), B2B an asset • Understanding of retail and food service markets • Bilingual in French and English is an asset for this role • Capacity to define and articulate a market and a pricing strategy • Sales negotiation and presentation skills • Capability to build network of relationships in the industry • Basic knowledge of sales budgeting process, marketing techniques, production and distribution processes • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management • Self-starter and able to work independently • Experience in B2B Selling and Food Manufacturing Industry • Solution-driven • Proficient in MS Office • Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
