• The Regional KAM – Chocolate will plan and lead sales activities. • Collaborate with Marketing, Group R&D and Business Units. • Develop the position of Puratos Canada as a reliable partner in chocolate innovation. • Comply with all local and national food safety and legal requirements. • Maximize sales and profit growth potential. • Lead and coordinate projects with key stakeholders. • Develop and execute joint business plans with customers. • Maintain close contact with assigned customers for proper follow-up.
• University degree in commerce or food science. • Minimum 5-10 years of proven successful sales track record. • Experience in the food industry (chocolate, ingredients), B2B an asset. • Understanding of retail and food service markets. • Bilingual in French and English is an asset for this role. • Capacity to define and articulate a market and a pricing strategy. • Sales negotiation and presentation skills. • Capability to build network of relationships in the industry; ability to be perceived as the subject matter expert. • Basic knowledge of sales budgeting process, marketing techniques, production and distribution processes. • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management. • Self-starter and able to work independently. • Experience in B2B Selling and Food Manufacturing Industry. • Proficient in MS Office. • Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
