Description

• Drive the growth of ForeFront Power’s advisory business • Lead the growth of client portfolios and project pipelines • Execute market entry strategies and pursue new opportunities for growth • Develop persuasive value propositions for prospective clients • Collaborate with development, engineering, legal, and project finance teams • Guide the products and engagements offered to clients • Primary responsibility for customer sales and client retention • Assess economic viability of project proposals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years of direct sales experience with a proven history of exceeding sales targets • Solar or renewable energy industry experience needed, especially experience selling on site solar, community solar, and renewable advisory services to F1000 customers • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English • Strong insight development and value proposition definition skills • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment • Creativity and critical thinking skills to tackle a variety of challenges from the industry level to client-specific • Self-motivated and strong work ethic with the ability to proactively manage diverse relationships and multiple, complex projects simultaneously • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
