β€’ Create long-term, trusting relationships with customers β€’ Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers β€’ Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities β€’ Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders β€’ Prepare sales reports and answer client queries β€’ Identify new business opportunities among existing customers β€’ Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve customer experience β€’ Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied

Requirements

β€’ Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role β€’ Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level β€’ Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) β€’ Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs β€’ Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail β€’ Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills β€’ BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
