Description

• The Director of Strategic Partnerships will have overall P&L responsibility for developing and managing strategic alliances with System Integrators (SIs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) within the Salesforce and Hubspot ecosystems. • This role will lead a team of Account Executives focused on building and nurturing partner relationships, identifying referral opportunities, and working those opportunities to close-won status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 7+ years of experience in partnership development, sales, or business development, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment. • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships, particularly with SIs and ISVs in the Salesforce ecosystem. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
