• Analyze the public health market landscape and trends to identify key growth opportunities. • Develop and implement a long-term strategy for pursuing new business in the public health domain. • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of capture activities for large deals across the company. • Create and cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the public health domain. • Collaborate across internal teams to develop, win, and launch new contracts. • Mentor a diverse team of professionals to shape emerging issues and solutions in public health. • Monitor and report on capture activities' performance and provide feedback to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in public health, public policy, business, or a related field. • At least 10 years of experience developing and executing successful capture strategies and designing impactful solutions on large (25M+), multi-year contracts with federal agencies such as SAMHSA, HHS, NIH, CDC, and VA. • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the public health domain, including federal health agencies’ missions and challenges. • Recognized expert on public health issues, including health equity and health risk management. • History of galvanizing cross-functional teams for the development of winning solutions. • Strong skills in developing capture strategies, conducting market research, and leading proposal development and negotiations. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, inspire, and empower teams to deliver innovative solutions. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
