Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within high-risk industries such as mining, construction, and energy. • Create a strong sales pipeline of opportunities for the Account Executive Team using various prospecting methods, including: High-volume cold calls, Personalized email outreach, Leveraging social media and professional networks, Scheduling meetings from Website and Linkedin enquiries that we have received. • Engage decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders to introduce Forwood Safety's life-saving solutions and uncover client needs. • Introduce Forwood’s Account Executive Team to progress these client needs. • Work collaboratively with the Account Executive in progressing on closing deals from these leads. • Work with leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that resonate with target industries. • Adapt business development strategies to reflect changes in the competitive landscape and client priorities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). • Lead generation, sales, or account management, preferably in SaaS or industries focused on safety or operational risk management. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and confidence. • Self-motivated and forward-thinking, with a passion for making a meaningful impact. • Resilient and adaptable, capable of handling changing priorities.
