• Develop new Dental customers in Northern California Territory. • Manage high-volume cold calls to dental practices. • Identify decision-makers and evaluate buying process. • Perform basic product demonstrations at regional events and tradeshows. • Build strong networks within the organization and dental industry. • Collect, record, and diligently track all prospects, leads, and activities using CRM. • Study frequently to remain knowledgeable on products and services offered by Fotona, LLC. • Represent Fotona with integrity and professionalism.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in outbound business-to-business sales experience preferred. • Capital Equipment, Durable Medical Equipment, and/or Dental Sales experience are a plus. • Ability to develop qualified appointments and apply sales and marketing strategies and principles. • Excellent phone, email, and in-person sales and communication skills. • Basic Office Suite and computer/internet skills for efficient documentation, communication, and research. • Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus. • Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently to produce results.
