• The Account Executive is a competitive, coachable, and collaborative sales professional focused on growing and expanding FoxHire services across the US. • The Account Executive has the distinction of being one of the first interactions a prospective client has with our company as the AE engages them and moves them through the sales funnel. • This position requires hard-working, competitive and self-motivated individuals who have the desire to be part of a successful team and who want to grow their career in a fast-paced organization. • The Account Executive will be the primary owner for the relationship between the recruiter and FoxHire.

Requirements

• Previous successful sales prospecting experience required. • Ability to demonstrate clear, concise, and confident communication over the phone and through email. • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, competitive, and fun environment. • Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to be a team player and passionate about helping others succeed. • Capable of displaying empathy towards clients/prospects. • Familiarity with Google Apps. • Familiarity with LinkedIn. • Ability to work remotely without constant supervision during meeting required metrics and expectations. • Willing and able to walk clients through the entire sales cycle, including providing customer service as needed after the sale. • Ability to work either Pacific Standard or Mountain Standard Time Zone.
