• Business Development Representative focused on acquiring new customers in Enterprise and SMB markets. • Daily outreach and lead generation through cold calling, emailing, and networking. • Manage customer prospecting and pipeline through CRM. • Serve as primary contact for customers during early stages of their journey. • Meet or exceed quotas and KPIs, and contribute to initiatives while ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales and/or business development experience • 1+ years of industry sales experience • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong ability to multitask with next-level attention to detail • Highly motivated, self-starter, and ambitious attitude • Thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments • Team-oriented with a pulse on results and expectations • Accountable, direct, and confident in personality with a desire to strive to get better • Superior problem-solving and analytical skills
