• Manages high-volume employee relations matters • Provides strategic guidance on workplace issues • Serves as a trusted advisor on HR policies and procedures • Offers support for employees and operational leadership • Conducts basic investigations related to employee complaints • Maintains confidentiality and accurate records of cases
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in Employee Relations or related HR role • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or relevant experience • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR/PHR) is a plus • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., UKG/Ultipro) preferred • Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
