• The HR Assistant provides essential support to the HR Manager and department, with a primary focus on administrative functions within the department. • This role will assist with recruiting, benefits administration, payroll, onboarding and offboarding, reporting, and maintaining employee records. • Additionally, the HR Assistant will handle various internal and external communications and perform daily clerical and administrative tasks. • This individual will have access to confidential employee records. • The HR Assistant role is an entry-level support position. • Must live in one of the following states to be considered for remote work: MD, WV, NC, SC, FL, AL, TX, LA, MS. • Pay for this role is 15.00-19.23/hour.
