🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of experience in HR operations at a multinational level • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities • Proficiency in HR systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong understanding of international labour laws and regulations
