• Lead and manage the sales performance within the Australian independents channel in your region • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets • Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business strategies • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiating terms as needed
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG • A strong track record of achieving business growth targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities • Strategic thinking with problem-solving skills • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools • Willingness to travel and a valid Australian driver’s license
