Description

• Talent Strategy & Development : Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute long-term talent strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. • Executive Leadership Collaboration : Partner with the executive team to provide strategic insights, ensuring HR is central to business planning and decision-making. • Organizational Design : Lead efforts to optimize the company’s organizational structure, ensuring clear pathways for career growth and team development. • Compensation & Benefits : Research, develop, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and performance incentive programs tailored to attract and retain high-performing employees. • Employee Engagement & Retention : Design and implement engagement strategies to improve retention, aligning programs with the company’s mission and values. • Global Management & M&A Integration : Oversee global HR strategies, including engagement, workforce planning, and cross-border compliance. Act as a key member of due diligence and integration processes during acquisitions. • Metrics & Insights : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR functions. Use data-driven insights to measure success and guide decisions, ensuring HR initiatives remain competitive and impactful. • HR Processes & Systems : Drive the design and implementation of efficient HR systems and standards that comply with federal, state, and local regulations. • Leadership Development : Provide coaching and mentorship to leaders across the organization to enhance their effectiveness and build leadership depth.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in talent management, succession planning, and organizational development. • Strong understanding of global HR practices and experience supporting international teams. • Demonstrated success in coaching and advising executives, enabling effective leadership across diverse functions. • Proven ability to use data and critical evaluation skills to drive informed decisions and solve complex talent challenges. • Expertise in planning and executing HR strategies that support business objectives and growth. • Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization. • Experience in M&A due diligence and integration processes is a plus.
