Requirements

• Strong track record in developing values-driven people and culture strategies with measurable outcomes. • Clear examples of coaching teammates to foster a culture of inclusion, trust, and accountability. • Proactive, data-driven approach for developing high performance processes. • Experience rolling out user-friendly systems effectively. • Deep understanding of creating thoughtful systems for the employee lifecycle. • Experience building performance management processes that drive continuous learning and productivity. • Excellent project management skills with effective prioritization abilities. • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within people operations and program delivery. • Experience navigating organizational change successfully.
