β’ Proven experience in business development or sales role in the SaaS industry, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. β’ Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to effectively identify and engage with potential clients. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders. β’ Knowledge of SaaS industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. β’ Experience with Salesforce CRM software and Salesloft or Outreach sales engagement platform is required. β’ Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. β’ Ability to travel to industry related events. β’ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. β’ Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and industry developments. β’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
