β’ 5+ years of experience in consultative technology sales, with a strong focus on leveraging an existing client network. β’ A well-established portfolio of contacts in the tech industry, preferably in the U.S. market. β’ Deep understanding of tech staff augmentation and its various applications/use cases. β’ Proven ability to nurture and expand relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth. β’ Experience working with digital marketing and lead nurturing tools such as Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing. β’ Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to create long-term partnerships. β’ Highly ambitious, results-driven, and proactive, with strong time management skills. β’ Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
