Description

β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients in the defense sector that provide products and services under existing and future contracting vehicles. β€’ You will co-ordinate queries & future business opportunities for a group of designated customers. β€’ Understand clients' strategic objectives, operational needs, and challenges to offer tailored solutions. β€’ Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions to assess account health and growth opportunities. β€’ Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account-specific sales strategies. β€’ Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore potential for upselling and cross-selling. β€’ Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategy and positioning. β€’ Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

β€’ Proven Customer Service experience skills and customer relationship management in the Defense & Aerospace sector β€’ 3-5 years of Customer Service experience and >3 years defense and aerospace experience β€’ Military experience preferred but not essential. β€’ An understanding of FARs/DFARs, OTAs, etc. preferred β€’ Commercial awareness and numeracy to analyze reports and understand margins β€’ Good attention to detail; maintaining our high standards for delivery, quality & accuracy
