β€’ Responsible for developing and executing a sales plan for GE's intra-operative ultrasound products and services β€’ Manage existing accounts and build sales pipeline β€’ Use procedural data to guide account strategy β€’ Achieve sales targets and maintain Salesforce data β€’ Provide forecasts and compliance reports β€’ Develop action plans to drive product and service sales β€’ Prospect new accounts and manage customer relationships β€’ Generate proposals and perform product demonstrations β€’ Communicate market intelligence and maintain customer relationships β€’ Prepare sales results reports

🎯 Requirements

β€’ A bachelor’s degree or equivalent β€’ 3-5 years or more of related experience selling capital equipment/intra-operative imaging devices and/or adjacent technologies β€’ Experience selling medical devices in an operating room, Urology, Urological Oncology, Surgical Oncology, HPB Surgery, and General Surgery or related setting β€’ Previous healthcare ultrasound sales experience preferred β€’ Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization β€’ Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales offers β€’ Proven executive relationship building skills in a hospital/healthcare environment β€’ Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based sales process β€’ Strong communication and clear-thinking skills β€’ Excellent oral presentation skills β€’ Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills β€’ High-level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
