• Job Title: Director of Enterprise Sales • Job Type: Full time (Open to part time: minimum 20 hours per week) • Location: Remote US-based (Milwaukee, WI preferred) • Pay Structure: Commission-based role (10% Sales Commission) + equity • Reports to: Chief Executive Officer • Company: Cadence Cash • About Cadence Cash: Transforming how lending institutions engage and support small businesses with AI-powered platform Ask Angel™. • Position Overview: Responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of Cadence Cash’s software solutions to various lending institutions. • Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan, oversee onboarding, manage client relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the financial services, fintech, or SaaS industries. • Track record of selling complex solutions to credit unions, CDFIs, banks, or similar financial institutions, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within these markets. • Experience in managing customer relationships post-sale, including onboarding, training, and account management. • Ability to build lasting client relationships and reduce churn through effective communication and problem-solving. • Deep understanding of the challenges and pain points faced by lending institutions, particularly around portfolio management, financial literacy, and access to capital for small businesses. • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to clients. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close large, complex deals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Experience leading and motivating sales teams or working in highly collaborative environments. • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of both sales and post-sale success.
