β€’ Genesys empowers organizations to improve loyalty and business outcomes β€’ The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in new business β€’ Help solve business needs of prospects by aligning with Genesys solutions β€’ Own all opportunities and customers, managing the sales campaign pipeline β€’ Support sales through calls and presentations, managing product positioning and strategies β€’ Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns β€’ Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Genesys Enterprise products and technologies β€’ Articulate solutions to align with client's requirements β€’ Develop competitive knowledge to leverage in the sales cycle

Requirements

β€’ BS or BA degree β€’ 5+ years of sales experience (Cloud or Saas based software sales a plus) β€’ Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, with a track record of successful revenue attainment β€’ Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects β€’ Aggressive with strong organizational skills and a self-starter
